The Rock Hill Toastmasters Club Elects Officers for 2010-2011 
Toastmasters helps its members build communication skills and confidence. Toastmasters members exercise their communicative skills as they learn to enhance their leadership abilities in a mutually supportive environment. Dr. Brown often speaks to groups both nationally and internationally. Due to his interest in education and the development of the chiropractic profession he continues to refine his communicative skills through participation in Toastmasters. Asked why a seasoned speaker would want to be in Toastmasters Brown stated, "A serious musician practices every day, so does a dancer or an artist. Just like an athlete must still practice everyday, those of us who wish to communicate before a group should still practice our technique and sharpen our ability. Toastmasters provides that opportunity in fun and interesting ways."
