I was invited there to present a seminar before the Asociaci\u00f3n Quiropr\u00e1ctica Argentina (AQA), which is the national chiropractic association in their country.<\/p>\n<p>The people were wonderful, the weather warm and pleasant, and the food was great. It was a well-chosen site for the seminar, with rolling hills, fresh, country air, and wonderful food.<\/p>\n<p>Our activities began on Friday morning, as we conducted proficiency testing for Argentinean chiropractors. The seminar began later, on Friday afternoon when Argentinean chiropractor, Gabriela Pasquali, presented a session on the care of pregnant women, babies and children.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1601\" style=\"width: 160px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1601\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1601\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youneedchiro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Charlene-Gabriella-Myron-2018-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1601\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(R to L) Charlene, Gabriella &amp; Myron<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Her session was followed by presentations on the principles, practice and philosophy of chiropractic from James Healey and me.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar concluded on Sunday afternoon. Following the formal observance AQA threw a party, complete with cake, champagne, live music and dancing, which was still going strong when Charlene and finally I slipped off to our room at 2:30 a.m. to get some rest. We are told that the festivities continued through to the wee hours of the morning. Somehow, despite the late night, everyone was up and ready for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, and the seminar resumed with my presentation at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 426px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1586-1\" width=\"426\" height=\"240\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youneedchiro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Argentina.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youneedchiro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Argentina.mp4\">https:\/\/www.youneedchiro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Argentina.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Many people are unaware that chiropractic is a relatively new healing art, which was founded in the United States and the demand for it is rapidly growing in many other parts of the world. The AQA is diligently working to create a university career path in Argentina for practitioners to enter the profession.
