Rock Hill Weed & Seed Saturday

The Rock Hill Weed & Seed program is holding “Celebration Jam,” including a Health Fair & Education program this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Emmett Scott Recreational Center (801 Crawford Road). In support of this worthy program I will be closing the office at 9:00 a.m. in order to be present at the Celebration Jam.
Weed and Seed is part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs and aims to prevent, control, and reduce violent crime, drug abuse, and gang activity in targeted high-crime neighborhoods across the country.
The program is a free service of citizens, the City of Rock Hill, businesses and a number of local organizations.
